Project Templates in OneSuite give your agency a library of ready-made project blueprints complete with sections and tasks already mapped out so a new project can go from “created” to “in motion” in a single click. This guide covers what’s in the template library, how to browse and search it, and how to build your own.
Project templates work best for projects that are repeatable, standardized or managed by multiple team members.
Applying a Template to a New Project #
Open the library — from Customize, select “Project Templates.
Find your template — use Search templates or scroll by category.
Select it — its sections and tasks populate directly into your project’s Kanban board.
Adjust as needed — set assignees, due dates, and any project-specific details afterward.
Creating Your Own Custom Template #
If none of the built-in templates fit your agency’s exact workflow, click Create template. Name it, assign it a category, add the sections and tasks that reflect how your team actually works, and save it then appears in Existing Templates alongside the defaults, ready to reuse on every future project of that type.
NOTE
Project Templates set up the entire board structure (sections + tasks) for a new project. This is different from Task Templates, which only add task/subtask sets into a project that already exists.

View Tabs
1. Kanban — column-based board organized by workflow stage; the default view for most teams.
2. List — a flat, sortable task list.
3. Calendar — tasks and events plotted against real dates and times.
4. Files — the project’s file storage.
5. Overview — a summary dashboard for the project.
6. Timesheet — time logged specifically against this project.
The Kanban and List views have been redesigned to make everyday project management cleaner and easier.
You can now move between Kanban, List, Calendar, Files, Overview and Timesheet views from one clear navigation area.
Filters for assignee, priority, label and advanced options are also easier to access, helping you find the right tasks without searching through the entire project.
