Client Dashboard Overview #
Managing a digital agency means tracking projects, invoices, deadlines, and approvals all at once, usually across a dozen disconnected tools. The OneSuite Client Dashboard fixes that. It pulls every critical signal, project health, payment status, overdue tasks, upcoming deadlines, and documents awaiting sign-off into one personalized view. The second you log in, you see exactly where your agency stands and what needs attention first.
Built for agency owners who need the full picture fast and just as powerful for team leads juggling progress across multiple clients the dashboard replaces guesswork with clarity. No more digging through boards and inboxes to find out if something’s off. You know the moment you open OneSuite.
Agency owners shouldn’t have to investigate to stay informed. We designed the Client Dashboard to surface the right signal at the right moment so you spend less time chasing status and more time doing the work that grows your business.
Note
The Client Dashboard is the first screen you see when a client logs into their portal. It’s also the first thing you see as an agency owner when you open OneSuite to two audiences, one well-designed starting point.
At-a-glance summary stats #
At the very top of the dashboard, four metric cards give you an instant read of your agency’s status. No scrolling, no clicking, just the numbers that matter.
Active projects
Every project currently in flight, across all clients.
Total spent
Cumulative spend logged against your projects to date.
Pending invoices
Outstanding invoice value waiting on payment.
Overdue tasks
Tasks past their due date that need immediate attention.
Note
These numbers update in real time. If you see a spike in pending invoices or overdue tasks, that’s your cue to act not to investigate.
Dashboard widgets #
Below the summary stats, the dashboard is organized into six widget cards. Each one focuses on a specific dimension of your agency’s health. Here’s what they surface and why they matter.
Need Your Attention #
- Payment due alerts — overdue invoices surface with the amount outstanding and a direct Pay Invoice link.
- Approval needed — documents and sign-offs waiting for your review appear with a Review & Sign shortcut.
- Timestamped urgency — each item shows how long it has been waiting, so you can triage by age.
Project in Progress #
- At risk — projects overdue or stalled are flagged in red with the number of days past deadline.
- In progress — projects on track show their percentage complete and the due date.
- Recently completed — finished projects stay visible so clients can see what’s been delivered.
Note
Click View all projects → to jump straight to your full project board without leaving the dashboard flow.
Upcoming Deadlines #
- Today — tasks and projects due right now, so your morning starts with the most urgent items first.
- This week — the next few days at a glance, helping you plan handoffs and resource allocation.
- Overdue — anything past its deadline, grouped separately so it never gets lost in the noise.
Invoices #
- Outstanding summary — the total value of unpaid invoices is displayed at the top of the widget.
- Status labels — each invoice is tagged Awaiting payment, Due, or Overdue so you know what needs chasing.
- Direct link — click any invoice row to open it and take action immediately.
Documents and Contracts #
- Pending signatures, unsigned contracts and briefs appear instantly when your team sends them.
- Signed agreements and completed documents remain accessible so clients can reference them at any time.
- Go to documents → links directly into the full document module for deeper management.
Welcome to your portal #
- First-impression onboarding a video greeting replaces a wall of text for new clients.
- Reduce support load clients who understand their portal from day one ask fewer questions.
- Set expectations and use this space to explain how you work, what they can find here, and who to contact.
Note
Keep the walkthrough video under 90 seconds. A short, confident intro does more for client trust than a long tutorial.
Customizing your client dashboard #
The dashboard is yours to arrange. Every widget can be resized, hidden, or re-added so you show clients exactly what matters for their engagement and nothing that doesn’t.
Opening the customize panel #
1. Click Customize in the top-right corner of the dashboard screen.
2. The widget panel slides open showing all available widgets and their current visibility.
3. Make your changes toggle, resize, or remove and they save automatically.
Resizing widgets half and full width #
- Half width — two widgets share a row. Best for summary stats, invoices, and the welcome video.
- Full width — the widget spans the full screen. Best for deadlines, project progress, and documents.
1. Open Customize from the top-right corner.
2. Find the widget you want to resize in the panel.
3. Toggle between half and full using the size control next to the widget name.
4. Changes apply immediately no need to save or refresh.
Removing a widget #
If a widget isn’t relevant for a particular client’s engagement for example, hiding Documents if you don’t send contracts you can remove it from view.
1. Open Customize from the top-right corner.
2. Find the widget you want to remove.
3. Click the remove or hide toggle next to the widget name.
4. The widget disappears from the dashboard immediately.
Note
Removing a widget only hides it from this view; it doesn’t delete any data. You can re-add it at any time from the Customize panel.
Adding a widget back #
1. Open Customize from the top-right corner.
2. Scroll to the hidden widgets section at the bottom of the panel.
3. Click Add next to the widget you want to restore.
4. Choose the size half or full width and it appears on the dashboard instantly.
