FAQs
What do OneSuite analytics integrations track?
They track visitor activity inside your Client Portal. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics enable tracking and analytics, and Microsoft Clarity enables session recordings and heatmaps. You view the data in each tool’s own account.
Why is the Submit button greyed out on the analytics page?
Your business doesn’t have the White Label add-on yet. The page shows You have to buy White label addons to use this feature. Click Upgrade to open the Manage Billing page.
Why am I not seeing any data in Google Analytics?
Check that your custom domain is set up and that clients open the portal on it. Your tracking code loads only on your custom domain, so visits on the OneSuite domain are not tracked.
Where do I find my Google Tag Manager Container ID?
It is in your Google Tag Manager account and starts with
GTM-, for example GTM-MNB52VFM.
Can I just add the tracking code to my own website instead?
Your website’s code doesn’t run inside the Client Portal. To see how clients use the portal itself, add the ID in OneSuite so the tag loads on your portal’s custom domain.
