The Manage Billing page shows your OneSuite plan, seats, add-ons, payment method and the invoices OneSuite has sent you. You use it to change how many seats you pay for, keep your card and billing details current, and cancel or resume your plan.
In this guide you’ll learn how to:
- Open Manage Billing and read your current plan
- Change your seats or billing period, and add or remove add-ons
- Update your payment method and billing information
- Download the invoices OneSuite has sent you
- Cancel your plan, or resume it before it ends
Before you start
- Billing is in the account menu, not the sidebar or Settings. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing. If it is missing, your profile does not have access to settings. Ask an admin.
- The My Plan tab appears for people who can edit the business’s general settings, the same access that opens Settings, Workspace, General.
- The Invoices tab appears for people who can view profiles and permissions, the same access that opens Settings, Workspace, Profiles & Permissions.
- Manage team, Cancel Plan and Resume Subscription appear only for people whose profile can delete the business.
How to open Manage Billing
You open Manage Billing from Billing in the account menu.
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click Billing. The Manage Billing page opens with the tabs My Plan and Invoices.
The app sidebar stays in place, so you can go straight back to your work.
What the My Plan tab shows
My Plan starts with your Current Plan card. On a paid plan it also shows Add-ons, Payment Method and Billing Information.
Current Plan card
- Plan and price: your plan’s name and its price per user, per month or per year.
- Seats: the number of seats you pay for, such as 5 seats. Seats follow your team members, so there is no box to type a seat count here. Manage team takes you to Team, where you invite people.
- Need more seats?: click Manage your plan to change seats or your billing period.
- Cancel Plan or Resume Subscription: see the cancel section below.
Badges and banners
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Free Trial | Your business is on a free trial. |
| Trial banner with Upgrade Now | Shows how many days of your free trial are left and when it ends. Click Upgrade Now to choose a paid plan. |
| Cancels on a date | You cancelled at the end of the period. The plan runs until that date. |
| Cancels at period end | You cancelled at the end of the period. |
Next Billing card
On a paid monthly or annual plan, Next Billing shows what you pay next and when, as Next bill on a date. After you cancel at the end of the period, it reads Plan ends on instead. Add-ons billed on their own cycle are shown on a separate line.
- Click View Summary to open Plan Summary, with your billing cycle and Total per billing cycle. Add-ons bought separately bill on their own cycle, so they may arrive as separate invoices.
- On a monthly plan, click Save by Switching to Annual to open the plan window with annual billing selected.
How to change your seats or billing period
You change seats or billing period with Manage your plan, confirm on the Change Plan step, and pay through Stripe.
- On My Plan, click Manage your plan.
- Choose Monthly or Annual, and set the number of seats with the counter.
- Click the plan’s button. Its label says what will change, such as No changes to apply when nothing has changed.
- On Change Plan, check the Billing Period, any Add-ons you want, marked Optional, and the seat count.
- Read the Payment Summary, including Due Today.
- Click the button at the bottom to finish.
| Button | When you see it |

| Proceed to Payment | You don’t have a paid subscription yet. You pay in the checkout that opens. |

| Add a number of seats | You are adding seats to your current plan. Stripe charges a prorated amount for the new seats today. |
| Already on this plan | Nothing has changed. The button is greyed out. |
You can also add a seat while inviting someone: if every seat is used, OneSuite asks Add a seat? before it sends the invitation. See Inviting Collaborators in OneSuite.
How to add or remove an add-on
You manage add-ons in the Add-ons section of My Plan, on a paid plan.
- Click Add Add-On to see the add-ons you can buy, and follow the steps for the one you want.
- To remove one, click Remove on its row.
- Confirm with Remove Add-On. For add-ons you hold several of, you can choose how many to remove.
If you have no add-ons, the section says “You haven’t added any add-ons yet. Extend your plan with extra storage, leads, email inboxes and more.”
How to update your payment method
You update your card with Edit in the Payment Method section, which opens Stripe’s billing portal.
- On My Plan, find Payment Method. It shows your card as the brand ending in the last four digits, and when it Expires.
- Click Edit. OneSuite sends you to Stripe’s hosted billing portal.
- Enter your new card details there and save them.
If the portal doesn’t open, OneSuite shows Could not open the payment method editor. Try again in a moment.
How to update your billing information
You change your billing details with Edit in the Billing Information section.
- On My Plan, find Billing Information and click Edit.

How to cancel your plan
You cancel with Cancel Plan on the Current Plan card, choosing whether it ends now or at the end of your billing period.
- On My Plan, click Cancel Plan. The Sorry to see you go 🙁 dialog opens.
- Under When should your subscription cancel?, choose Immediately or End of the current period. Each option shows its date. Immediately is selected when the dialog opens, so check your choice.
- Read the list of what cancelling does. It includes deactivating all projects, losing access to CRM, documents, the client portal and dashboards, team members losing access, and disconnecting integrations.
- Optional: pick one or more reasons under What is your reason for cancelling OneSuite? and add feedback.
- Click Continue Cancelling or, if you chose the end of the period, Cancel at Period End. Click I Don’t Want to Cancel to keep your plan.
Cancel Plan does not appear during a free trial.
How to resume a cancelled plan
You resume a plan that is set to cancel at the end of the period with Resume Subscription.
- On My Plan, check the Current Plan card shows Cancels on a date or Cancels at period end.
- Click Resume Subscription.
The button replaces Cancel Plan only while a cancellation is pending, so resume before the end date.
