OneSuite connects to your calendar, your cloud storage and your booking tools from three pages in Settings. A connected calendar shows its events next to your tasks, OneDrive files can be linked into a client’s Files tab, and a booking link lets clients schedule a meeting from the Client Portal.
In this guide you’ll learn how to:
- Connect a Google or Outlook calendar and show its events on your Tasks calendar
- Reconnect or remove a calendar account
- Connect OneDrive and link its files to a client
- Disconnect cloud storage without losing your linked items
- Let clients book meetings through Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar or Zoom
Before you start
- These pages sit under Integrations in Settings. Open Settings from the account menu: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.
- The Calendar, Cloud Storage and Meeting Scheduling pages need access to your business’s admin settings. If you can’t see them, ask an admin.
- Have the account you want to connect ready. Calendars, OneDrive, Calendly and Zoom connect by signing in to that service and allowing access.
How to connect a calendar
You connect a calendar by clicking Add Calendar, picking Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, and signing in to that account.
- Open Settings, Integrations, Calendar.
- Click Add Calendar.
- On the Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar card, click Connect Calendar.
- Sign in to your Google or Microsoft account and allow access.
- When you return to OneSuite, the message Calendar Connected Successfully appears and the account is added to Connected Calendars.
To go back without connecting, click Back to Calendars.

What the Connected Calendars list shows
Each connected account is a row in Connected Calendars. Above the list, a counter shows how many calendars are connected and, if your plan sets one, your limit.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Account | The connected Google or Microsoft account. |
| Status | Active, Error or Revoked. |
| Tasks calendar switch | Turns on to show the account’s events in the Calendar view of Tasks. |
| Connected At | When the account was connected. |
How to show calendar events next to your tasks
Turn on the switch in the Tasks calendar column for the account whose events you want to see. Its events then appear in the Calendar view of Tasks, alongside your tasks. Turn the switch off to hide them again.
How many calendars can I connect?
The number of calendars you can connect depends on your plan, and you can add more as an add-on. When you reach the limit, Add Calendar opens Calendar Limit Reached instead of the provider list, where you can buy additional calendars.
How to reconnect or remove a calendar
Use the row’s actions menu: Reconnect signs in to the account again, and Remove account disconnects it.
- Open Settings, Integrations, Calendar.
- Open the actions menu on the account’s row.
- Click Reconnect if the status shows Error or Revoked, then sign in again.
- Or click Remove account. In Disconnect Calendar Account, click Disconnect to confirm.
When you remove an account, all synced events are disconnected. You can connect the same account again later to sync it.
How to connect cloud storage
You connect OneDrive from Settings, Integrations, Cloud Storage by clicking Connect and signing in with your Microsoft account.
- Open Settings, Integrations, Cloud Storage.
- On the OneDrive card, click Connect.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and allow access.
- The card shows Connected and the account’s email address.
Google Drive is also listed, marked Coming soon.
If a connection stops working, the card shows Reconnect required. Click Reconnect and sign in again.
Where linked files appear
Linked OneDrive files and folders appear in a client’s Files tab. To add them, open the client’s Files tab, click Link from OneDrive, select the files or folders, and click the Link button, which shows how many items you picked. If OneDrive isn’t connected yet, OneSuite sends you to Cloud Storage to connect it first.
How to disconnect cloud storage
You disconnect a storage account with the Disconnect link on its card, then choose whether to keep your linked items.
- Open Settings, Integrations, Cloud Storage.
- Click Disconnect on the connected card.
- Read the count of linked folders and files in the dialog.
- Choose what happens to linked items:
- Leave Keep linked items (recommended) ticked to keep them. They are hidden from clients until you reconnect, and reconnecting the same Microsoft account restores them.
- Untick it to remove them. The linked items are permanently removed from OneSuite, but nothing is deleted from OneDrive itself.
- Click Disconnect, or Disconnect & Remove if you unticked the box.
How to let clients book meetings
You connect a booking tool in Settings, Integrations, Meeting Scheduling, then save the booking link clients should use. The same page is also in Settings, Client Portal, Scheduling.
Each card has a How to connect? guide with the steps for that tool.
| Tool | Connect button | What you set after connecting |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | Connect Calendly | Choose a page in Which booking page to show clients?, such as My full scheduling page, then click Save. |
| Google Calendar | Connect Google Calendar | Paste your Google Calendar appointment schedule booking link into Google Appointment Schedule link, then click Save. |
| Outlook Calendar | Connect Outlook Calendar | Paste your Microsoft booking page link into Outlook Booking Page URL, then click Save. |
| Zoom | Connect Zoom | Paste your Zoom Scheduler booking link into Zoom Scheduler Booking URL, then click Save. |
Connect Calendly or Zoom
- Open Settings, Integrations, Meeting Scheduling.
- Click Connect Calendly or Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to the service and allow access. You return to OneSuite automatically.
- For Calendly, pick the booking page in Which booking page to show clients?. For Zoom, paste your booking link into Zoom Scheduler Booking URL.
- Click Save.
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
- Open Settings, Integrations, Meeting Scheduling.
- Click Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook Calendar.
- In Select Google Calendar Account or Select Outlook Calendar Account, choose an account under Existing Accounts and click Confirm, or click Connect a new Google Calendar account (or Connect a new Outlook Calendar account) and sign in.
- Paste your booking link when OneSuite asks for it, then click Save. You can click Skip and add the link on the card later.
Where clients see it
Once a tool is connected and its link is saved, clients see a Schedule a Meeting option in their Client Portal, where they book time with you.
How to disconnect a booking tool
Click Disconnect on the tool’s card, then click Disconnect again to confirm. Clients can then no longer book meetings through the Client Portal with that tool.

FAQs
How do I add my Google Calendar events to OneSuite?
Connect the account in Settings, Integrations, Calendar, then turn on its switch in the Tasks calendar column. Its events then show in the Calendar view of Tasks.
Why does my connected calendar say Error or Revoked?
The connection to that account has stopped working. Open the row’s actions menu, click Reconnect and sign in to the account again.
Can I connect Google Drive to OneSuite?
Not yet. Google Drive is listed on Cloud Storage as Coming soon. OneDrive is the storage service you can connect today.
Does disconnecting OneDrive delete my files?
No. Disconnecting never deletes anything from OneDrive. If you keep linked items, they are hidden from clients until you reconnect; if you remove them, they are only removed from OneSuite.
Can I just email clients my booking link instead?
You can, and the link works the same way. Connecting it in Meeting Scheduling puts a Schedule a Meeting option in the Client Portal, so clients find it in the same place as their projects, invoices and files.
How do I stop clients booking meetings through the portal?
Click Disconnect on the booking tool’s card in Meeting Scheduling and confirm. Clients can no longer book through the Client Portal with that tool.
