The OneSuite Client Dashboard pulls project health, payment status, overdue tasks, upcoming deadlines and documents awaiting sign-off into one personalized view. The moment you log in, you see where things stand and what needs attention first, without digging through boards and inboxes.
In this guide you’ll learn how to:
- Read the four summary stats at the top of the dashboard
- Understand what each of the six widget cards shows
- Open the Customize panel
- Resize, remove and add back widgets
Note: the Client Dashboard is the first screen a client sees when they log in to their portal. It is also the first thing you see as an agency owner when you open OneSuite, so two audiences share one starting point.
What do the summary stats show?
Four metric cards at the very top of the dashboard give you an instant read of where things stand, with no scrolling or clicking.
| Stat | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active projects | Every project currently in flight, across all clients. |
| Total spent | Cumulative spend logged against your projects to date. |
| Pending invoices | Outstanding invoice value waiting on payment. |
| Overdue tasks | Tasks past their due date that need immediate attention. |
Note: these numbers update in real time. A spike in pending invoices or overdue tasks is your cue to act, not to investigate.
What do the dashboard widgets show?
Below the summary stats, the dashboard has six widget cards. Each one focuses on a specific part of the engagement.
Need Your Attention
Need Your Attention lists what is waiting on the client, with the oldest items easy to spot.
- Payment due alerts: overdue invoices appear with the amount outstanding and a direct Pay Invoice link.
- Approval needed: documents and sign-offs waiting for review appear with a Review & Sign shortcut.
- Timestamped urgency: each item shows how long it has been waiting, so you can triage by age.
Project in Progress
Project in Progress shows how each project is tracking.
- At risk: projects that are overdue or stalled are flagged in red with the number of days past deadline.
- In progress: projects on track show their percentage complete and the due date.
- Recently completed: finished projects stay visible, so clients can see what has been delivered.
Click View all projects → to jump straight to the full project board.
Upcoming Deadlines
Upcoming Deadlines groups tasks and projects by when they are due.
- Today: tasks and projects due right now, so your morning starts with the most urgent items.
- This week: the next few days at a glance, to help you plan handoffs and resources.
- Overdue: anything past its deadline, grouped separately so it never gets lost.
Invoices
Invoices shows what has been billed and what is still unpaid.
- Outstanding summary: the total value of unpaid invoices appears at the top of the widget.
- Status labels: each invoice is tagged Awaiting payment, Due or Overdue, so you know what needs chasing.
- Direct link: click any invoice row to open it and take action.
Documents and Contracts
Documents and Contracts keeps contracts and briefs in one place.
- Pending signatures, unsigned contracts and briefs appear as soon as your team sends them.
- Signed agreements and completed documents stay available, so clients can refer to them at any time.
- Go to documents → links straight into the Contracts module for deeper management.
Welcome to your portal
Welcome to your portal greets new clients with a video instead of a wall of text.
- First-impression onboarding: a video greeting welcomes new clients.
- Reduce support load: clients who understand their portal from day one ask fewer questions.
- Set expectations: use this space to explain how you work, what clients can find here and who to contact.
Tip: keep the walkthrough video under 90 seconds. A short, confident intro does more for client trust than a long tutorial.
How to open the Customize panel
You arrange the dashboard from the Customize panel, and every change saves automatically.
- Click Customize in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- The widget panel slides open, showing all available widgets and their current visibility.
- Make your changes: toggle, resize or remove widgets. They save automatically.
Every widget can be resized, hidden or added back, so you show clients what matters for their engagement and nothing that doesn’t.
How to resize a widget
Each widget is either half width or full width, and you switch between them in the Customize panel.
| Size | Layout | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Half width | Two widgets share a row. | Summary stats, invoices and the welcome video. |
| Full width | The widget spans the full screen. | Deadlines, project progress and documents. |
- Open Customize from the top-right corner.
- Find the widget you want to resize in the panel.
- Switch between half and full width with the size control next to the widget name.
- The change applies immediately. There is no need to save or refresh.
How to remove a widget
You remove a widget with the hide toggle in the Customize panel. For example, hide Documents and Contracts if you don’t send contracts to that client.
- Open Customize from the top-right corner.
- Find the widget you want to remove.
- Click the remove or hide toggle next to the widget name.
- The widget disappears from the dashboard immediately.
Note: removing a widget only hides it from this view. It doesn’t delete any data, and you can add it back at any time from the Customize panel.
How to add a widget back
You add a hidden widget back from the hidden widgets section of the Customize panel.
- Open Customize from the top-right corner.
- Scroll to the hidden widgets section at the bottom of the panel.
- Click Add next to the widget you want to restore.
- Choose the size, half or full width. The widget appears on the dashboard instantly.
