Building Client Profiles

OneSuite empowers you to manage your client relationships seamlessly. Here’s how to create a comprehensive client profile within the dedicated “Clients” section:

1. Accessing the Client Section:

Navigate to the “Clients” section within OneSuite. This is your central hub for cultivating and managing strong client relationships.

2. Initiating Client Creation:

Spot the prominent “Create Client” button and click it to initiate the process of adding a new client to your portfolio.

3. Crafting a Detailed Client Profile:

Fill in the essential details to ensure a well-rounded client profile:

  • Client Name: Start by entering the official name of the client or company you’re creating a profile for.
  • Contact Information: Capture all the necessary contact details to ensure smooth communication. This might include:
    • Email address
    • Phone number (work and/or personal, if applicable)
    • Designation (e.g., CEO, Marketing Manager)
    • Website link (if available)
    • LinkedIn URL (for relevant connections)
    • Short note or project hint (to jog your memory about past interactions or project scope)

4. Building Context (Optional):

For a more holistic view of your client, you can choose to include additional information:

  • Client Status: (Optional) You may have the option to designate a specific client status within OneSuite.
  • Company Information: Provide details about the client’s company, such as company name, email address, contact number, office address, and city.

5. Enhanced Organization (Optional):

Similar to the Lead Pipeline, OneSuite allows you to further organize your client profiles with:

  • Client Source: Identify the origin of the client relationship (e.g., referral, marketing campaign).
  • Tags: Create custom tags to categorize clients based on specific needs, project types, or any other relevant criteria.
  • Industries: Attach the relevant industry to categorize your clients and personalize your communication accordingly.
